TEPA Fees

for the 2026-2027 school Year

TEPA fees provide the basic funding for events and activities sponsored by TEPA. For this year, TEPA fees are $145 for the first child, $135 for the second child, and $125 for each additional child. Your support funds cherished traditions that enhance students’ education and our school community overall such as the Lunar New Year celebration, galette des rois, and teacher appreciation gifts. In addition, each class receives $85 per student to support community activities organized by class representatives. All École students benefit from TEPA’s work. Fundraising and Donations are separate and go towards the TEPA Scholarship Fund unless otherwise specified.

All donations, including TEPA Fees, are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

TEPA Fees & General Fund 2025-26

PA Fees 2025-2026 = $135 for the first child, $125 for the second child, and $115 for each additional child.

General Funds Raised in 2024-2025 = $46,543*
($41,285 from PA Fees, $5,258 from the uniform swap and book fair)

General Funds Allocated in 2024-2025 = $41,054*
(including $21,665 for class treats/goodies/gatherings, $4,010 for performances and diversity celebrations, $3,568 for catered treats (galette des rois, field day/ fun day popsicles, etc.), $4,262 for teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, $3,137 for graduation gifts, and more)

*In addition, TEPA raised/distributed $22,976 for the teachers holiday gifts initiative
