Financial Assistance

Applications for Semester 2 of the 2026–27 school year open on October 19, 2026, and must be submitted by November 4, 2026.

A separate application is required for each semester. Please review the detailed instructions below before applying.

The École Parents Association (TÉPA) Community Care Fund provides need-based financial assistance for after-school programs, lunches, uniforms, and other school-year needs.

All silent auction proceeds and other donations and fundraising proceeds support this Fund unless otherwise specified.

IMPORTANT - To apply, submit the form and email ALL required documentation to scholarships@theecolepa.org: 1) Your most recent tax returns (joint return if filing jointly, or separate returns for each parent); 2) Bank statements for your primary bank account for the last 3 months (all pages), 3) The 4 most recent pay stubs for each parent.

Incomplete applications will not be considered. Your information is shared only with TÉPA’s Scholarship Committee members, who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

To be eligible for assistance, families must have an annual household income below $150,000 for 1 child, $200,000 for 2 children, or $250,000 for 3 children, with the limit increasing by $50,000 per additional child. Exceptional circumstances may also be considered.

Funds are limited. The Committee reserves the right to decline applications based on its assessment of financial need, eligibility, and available funds. The Committee’s decisions are final for the application period and are not subject to appeal.
